Privacy Policy
At Beatific Jewellery, I take data protection and Customer privacy very seriously. I will never sell your data and will do my best to keep it safe using suitable methods. This page explains what data I store, how I store it, how it is used and why.
What data I collect and what do I do with it.
When you place an order with Beatific Jewellery, I need to record certain data as explained below.
1. Your Name and address. This is required so I can deliver your order to you. It is stored either by PayPal (the payment processor I use), or Etsy, who use the latest technology to protect all data.
2. Your email address. This is used to send you an invoice for payment (if purchasing through email or Facebook) and to keep you updated as to your order status.
3. Payment details. When reaching the payment stage of your order, you will be directed to PayPal’s or Etsy’s secure payment processing portal. You will need to refer to their Privacy Policies for further information. Beatific Jewellery holds no payment details.
4. Legal Obligations. It is necessary for me to retain information about your purchases which is required by UK tax law
The length of time I keep personal information
I will retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. Assess to your customer data
As a customer, you have the right to view, amend or delete any of your personal information that I have on record. You can do so by you may contact me at sales@beatificjewellery.co.uk.
- Access. You have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you
- Change, restrict, delete. You have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Apart from exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request.
