What I love most about hand stamping is it's random, organic look as opposed to a precise or machine made look.  I work by hand, striking a metal stamp onto a metal blank with a hammer.  And why do I say this?  Each piece I make is individual and may have these misaligned characters or uneven spacing.  It is this that makes it unique and beautiful.

Due to the nature of metal, scratches may appear over time, for example, key rings and other accessories which are handled on a daily basis can become scratched and marked.  Beatific Jewellery accepts no responsibility for general wear and tear of any item.  Swarovski crystals, other beads and charms that are added can also cause scratches.  I make every effort to ensure all parts added are securely fixed but can come off if subjected to force.Beatific Jewellery, again, accepts no responsibility for this.  If you wish for your item to be repaired then please get in touch by emailing me at sales@beatificjewellery.co.uk

Please allow 3 - 4 weeks (unless stated otherwise) for completion of your order.

Postage and packaging for all orders is £3.00 within the UK. All orders come wrapped in tissue paper and placed in an organza bag.  You have the option to add a gift box for an additional cost of £2.50.

Refunds will not be given on personalised items unless the piece is faulty or a mistake has been made by me.  It is your responsibility to ensure all personalisation is correctly spelt.  If there is a fault with your order, please contact me immediately by emailing me at sales@beatificjewellery.co.uk

Every care is taken when packaging my jewellery but if it should arrive to you damaged please let me know by email within 48 hours of receipt.  If goods are to be returned, I will email you the return address. All goods have to be returned in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving the return address.  I do not accept liability for items lost or damaged in the post.  There are no returns or exchanges on sale goods, discounted items or pieces of jewellery that have been altered to customers requirements.
